Chakra Workshop Series | Part 2 - Sacral Chakra Over the next 7 months you are invited to explore the Chakra System. This class invites you to explore the Sacral Chakra through a practice of Hatha Yoga. This flow practice is themed on the element of water. We will be focusing on movement with breath, going at your own rhythm and pace of breathing. As we connect to Sacral chakra through flow, movement, and focusing in on the hips; I invite you to find ease in your movement, flow with your breath, space in your hips and connect to the element of water. This yin practice is focused on the theme grounding. We will be visiting postures more focused in the legs as we focus on our foundations. As we connect to root chakra through our legs and feet in this grounding practice, I invite you to find balance as you centre and connect to the Earth.
